We love to take our guests by surprise with the simplicity of our dishes, in the knowledge that the ingredients are locally sourced and genuine, and that the dishes are prepared in the traditional way, to enhance the ancient flavours of Trentino and our valley.

To help you organise your time and activities in the mountains, you can choose from Half Board or Full Board.
Opting for half board in Andalo gives you the freedom to enjoy life in the mountains as the mood takes you, with the opportunity to taste typical local dishes and explore what the alpine refuges and huts have to offer during your excursions.
When you get back, we’ll spoil you with all the flavours and care that our chefs put into our typical dishes of Trentino.
If you’d rather not think about anything and you want to dedicate your holiday entirely to relaxation and pleasure, the hotel with full board formula is the solution for you!
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will offer you the full experience of the flavours and traditions on Trentino, with simple dishes capable of seducing any palate. You can enjoy lunch in the hotel or opt for the packed lunch formula, which is ideal for summer excursions.
